I’m surprised they don’t have some sort of support structure so that they can move it without having to rebuild the all the stands each time. I guess it would be a lot of weight to support with cantilevering or cables or whatever.

Yeah, pretty crazy how little time it takes to move the field in relative to reassembling the stands.

Those stands aren’t normally there. They only c onstruct them for bigger games like bowl games and the super bowl. The permanent stands are above the field so it can roll in and out.
